The kit I am using is a PTU kit called Roses For Mia by AmyMarie.

I am using the amazing artwork of Misticheskaya & the tube is called Mia.

C/P = Copy/Paste.

Add drop shadows to your liking. I put one on every layer.

Open a 600 x 600 transparent canvas.

C/P 80
C/P 46 & resize 60%.

Using your Magic Wand, click inside the frame.

Selections, Modify Expand by 3.

C/P Mia, resize & place to your liking.

Selections, Invert & Delete on Keyboard.

C/P 5 & resize 70%.

C/P 6 & resize 30%.

C/P 18 & resize 30%.

C/P 26 & resize 60%.

C/P 31 & resize 40%.

C/P 48 & resize 40%.

C/P 19 & resize 40%.

C/P 32 & duplicate twice.

Place to your liking.

C/P 83 & resize 30%.

At this time, you can add the Copyright & Watermark. I used the following:
Font: Arial
Font Style: Bold
Stroke: 1.0
Foreground: #bd1848
Background: #000000

The Tag Name info is as follows:
Font: Quickier
Font Style: Bold
Stroke: 1.0
Foreground: #bd1848
Background: #000000

C/P Carmen tube inside frame & position to your liking.

Selections, Invert, Delete on keyboard.

Selections, Select None.

C/P & resize all of the following elements to 40%:

C/P curled-ribbon22, mirror & place under tube layer

C/P b4 & place below sparkle layer.
