I am using the PTU tube and kit of Arthur Crowe called Sexy Nurse Babe.
You can get it at his site, but please ensure you have a license to use his work.

I will be using C/P for Copy/Paste.

Open a 600 x 600 transparent canvas.
If you will be using the Arthur Crowe tube:
C/P tube and resize 60%.
C/P element 08
Using your magic wand:
C/P into selection Paper01
C/P element07
C/P element09 & resize 30%
C/P element21 & resize 30%
C/P element15 & resize 20%
C/P element11 & resize 20%

At this time, you can add the Artist copyright and your watermark.

Font: Copperplate Gothic bold
Foreground: #aa1120
Background: #d5dde1
Stroke: 2.0
Size: 36

Tag Name Size: 26
