Open a 600 x 600 transparent canvas.

C/P OPC_Paper_12.

Add your Mask of Choice.

C/P OPC_Element_49 & resize 60%.

Using your Magic Wand, Click inside the window frames.

Selections, Modify, Expand by 1.

C/P OPC_Element_29 & resize 35%.

Selections, Invert, Delete on Keyboard.

Selections, Select None.

C/P OPC_Element_40 & resize 65%.

C/P OPC_Element_30 & resize 60%.

C/P OPC_Element_16 resize 50%.

C/P OPC_Element_5 resize 60%.

C/P OPC_Element_34 resize 40%.

C/P OPC_Element_27 resize 40%.

C/P OPC_Element_43 resize 30%.

C/P OPC_Paper_6 & resize 50%.

At this time, you can add the Tag Name, the Copyright & Watermark.

The Tag Name font is: Christmas.

The Copyright & Watermark font is: Arial.

The Stroke: 1.0

The Style: Bold

Colors Used:

Foreground: Black

Background: 146, 212, 222
